Ruinart and Diego Gallegos: a gastronomic experience at Higuerón Resort.

Maison Ruinart, considered the oldest champagne house in the world, has joined forces with the talented chef Diego Gallegos, holder of a Michelin star, a Green Star, and two Repsol Suns, to create an exclusive dinner in the heart of Higuerón Resort. During this evening, organized by Ruinart and the chef, twelve guests enjoyed a unique experience at Diego Gallegos’s restaurant, which combined creativity, sustainability, and elegance.The event was a dialogue between nature, haute cuisine, and luxury. Diego Gallegos, a pioneer in the development of the aquaponics system and whose cuisine is renowned for its use of river fish and caviar, designed a special menu to pair with the Ruinart Blanc Singulier Édition 19 cuvée, a creation born in response to climate change that embodies the freshness and savoir-faire of the Maison.
Higuerón Gran Málaga Resort hosted this gathering, which brought together iconic luxury brands and celebrated conscious gastronomy and excellence. It was an evening that reaffirmed the resort’s vocation as a meeting point for art, culture, and haute cuisine in Málaga.
