Begoña Muñoz Pedraza has been dedicated to movement for over 30 years. She is currently a leading figure in the discipline, both in training and rehabilitation.
Trained in the Pilates Method by Polestar Education, at Peak Pilates, and as a Level III Master Trainer, as well as training with Lolita San Miguel, certified by Joseph Pilates, she is currently a Second Generation Teacher.

Pilates is much more than just a training method. It seeks to achieve a complete balance between body and mind with exercises designed to improve flexibility, strengthen deep muscles, and achieve harmonious posture.
At Higuerón Sport Club, Begoña develops two completely different disciplines: Pilates Studio and Pilates Fit Reformer. She is also an official Peak Pilates training center in Andalusia, offers Pilates instructor training and tutoring, and participates in seminars and events.
Pilates Studio
Pilates Studio is the discipline in which you practice classical Pilates. If you are looking to improve your posture, flexibility, joint mobility, or effective recovery if you suffer from any spinal condition, Pilates Studio is the discipline for you.
It has two spacious rooms for small group classes and an exclusive room for personal training, equipped with classic equipment and small auxiliary elements for a complete and adapted practice.
You can practice in a group, individually, or in pairs, with a monthly fee payable at the Higuerón Sport Club reception desk.

Pilates Fit Reformer
It is a Pilates discipline that combines classical Pilates with functional and strength training, bringing together precision, control, and postural focus with the rhythm, intensity, and variety of modern fitness.
Within this discipline, we offer different types of training with variations in student level and training objectives:
- Foundation Reformer ideal for beginners to start with awareness and confidence and learn the basic principles of Pilates Reformer: breathing, alignment, control, and core connection.
- Strength Reformer, recommended for those who have experience and want to gain strength
You can book classes individually or purchase a pass, with flexible schedules. Reserve and pay online through the Sport Club Technogym app, selecting the class and time you want to join.
