At Higuerón Sport, we offer a comprehensive range of more than 20 guided activities designed to improve your physical condition, take care of your well-being, and keep you motivated. All classes are taught by expert instructors, adapted to different fitness levels, and held in specially equipped spaces within our facilities.
Work out with exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility, stability, and endurance in a dynamic and fun way. In winter, it takes place in the Algarrobo area, behind the On Cross area, overlooking the hotel and the mountains, and in summer it takes place on the beach next to the pool overlooking the sea.

Body Combat
BODYCOMBAT™ is an explosive combination of martial arts moves that will get you in shape fast. No martial arts experience is necessary; we will teach you the different moves during the warm-up.

Group Cycle
Cardiovascular class on a bike to the rhythm of music.

Aquagym
Cardio and strength training class in the pool.
Exercises in the water, designed to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable workout. We will use low-impact movements combined with motivating music to make the class dynamic and entertaining. By working with fluid and constant movements in the water, your cardiovascular endurance will improve quickly.
TRX – CORE
Combine suspension training and CORE training with TRX.
In this class, you will work your entire body using the suspension system, activating your core and stabilizing muscles, improving your strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Challenge your core and improve your posture.
This class takes place in the Functional Room, at the end of the hallway opposite the indoor pool.
MOBILITY – STRETCH
Mobility and stretching exercises to improve flexibility.
Training focused on increasing your joint mobility, releasing tension, and improving your range of motion so you can move more easily in your daily life, without pain or restrictions. Whether you’re looking to improve your performance in other sports, reduce discomfort, or simply feel more comfortable in your body.
This class takes place at Bodymind Studio, a room located opposite the Sport reception.
Zumba
Cardiovascular class inspired by dance and musical choreography.
Zumba is like a dance party. The choreography is full of catchy rhythms such as salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, and merengue, making each class a fun experience.
Zumba is for people of all ages and fitness levels.
This class takes place in Studio 1, opposite the gym.
Salsa and Bachata
Our salsa and bachata classes invite you to immerse yourself in the exciting world of Latin music and dance. With a fun and friendly approach, our expert instructors will guide you step by step so you can learn the necessary movements, rhythms, and techniques.
Salsa has a vibrant energy and Bachata has a sensuality that will make you connect with the music in a special way.
You will dance with other people, which will allow you to practice with a partner, make new friends, and, above all, enjoy a very fun atmosphere.
Whether you are a beginner or already have some experience, you will adapt to the classes without any problems. This class is held in Studio 1 in front of the Gym.
TRX 30’
Express strength class that works the muscles with TRX.
In this class, you will work your entire body using the suspension system, activating your core and stabilizing muscles, improving your strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Challenge your core and improve your posture.
This class takes place in the columns outside the gym, overlooking the Lago pool.
KIDS TRAINING (AGES 5-10)
Class where you exercise while learning self-defense techniques.
Kids Training is a session designed to help children develop physical, mental, and social skills through sports or fitness activities. These classes are dynamic, fun, and tailored to children’s needs to ensure they stay motivated and engaged.
This class takes place in the Functional Room opposite the indoor pool.
TEEN TRAINING (AGES 11-15)
Teen Training is specifically designed for young people aged 11 to 15, with a focus on improving their physical condition, strength, endurance, and athletic skills, while promoting personal and social development. It seeks to balance the physical and mental aspects of training, with the aim of helping teenagers maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
This class takes place in the Functional Room opposite the indoor pool.
ZUMBA FOR KIDS (AGES 6-12)
Dance class dedicated to the youngest members of the family.
Zumba Kids is an adapted version of the popular Zumba program, designed especially for children, generally between the ages of 6 and 12. This program combines dance moves and aerobic exercises to music in a fun, energetic, and accessible way for young children. The main goal is for them to have fun while staying active and improving their physical condition.
This class takes place in the Functional Room opposite the indoor pool.
HEALTHY BACK
Healthy Back is designed to promote spinal health and well-being. Its main objective is to prevent and relieve back pain, improve posture, and strengthen the muscles that support the spine through gentle, controlled exercises. These classes are ideal for both people who experience discomfort and those who want to prevent back problems.
