At Higuerón Sport, we have an academy specialising in beach volleyball that combines high-level technical training with an accessible and enriching experience for everyone.
Our goal is to train professional athletes while also offering those new to the sport the technical and tactical fundamentals they need to enjoy it from day one. A space where high performance and a passion for learning coexist.

A unique location in Fuengirola, in the province of Malaga, with a state-of-the-art gym, spa, hotel and many other amenities, not to mention its ideal weather for playing beach volleyball all year round.
Our sand court facility has five professional courts and regulation sports equipment. The sand is of international quality, which is why World Tour players choose our site for their training, and we are honored to host Spain’s top championship. We also have four to eight courts on Carvajal Beach, one of the best beaches in the area for playing.

SCHOOL
We work with different levels, including children (from age 6) and adults (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and small groups.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCY
We are the first and only exclusive federated and competitive beach volleyball academy in Andalusia.
NATIONAL BEACH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
In 2024, we participated with the Higuerón Resort women’s team in Spain’s national beach volleyball league, and in 2025, we added a men’s team with players who have extensive experience at the national level.
PREPARATION OF PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES
Several international players choose us to train for tournaments throughout the year. Our ambassadors are: Sofía Gonzalez (Spanish national team) and Javier and Joaquin Bello (England national team).
TECHNICAL TRAINING FOR ATHLETES WITH POTENTIAL
We help young players achieve their goals of becoming professional athletes.
We have worked with some who trained at Dteam and are now part of the Spanish national team, as well as players who are currently on scholarships in the USA.
TRAINING CAMPS
We offer training camps with varied programmes tailored to your needs, skill level, age and interests. We have organised camps for young people, adult amateurs and professionals alike.
EVENTS
We organise events for companies, team building and internal tournaments. We hold private local tournaments with more than 100 participants, federation-sanctioned tournaments and have hosted Spanish championships, such as the Madison, on several occasions, as well as international events.
